The Gist: Unsuspecting patrons of a casino are held prisoner by one of it's dealers who is a vampire who milks them for sperm.
Clarification: Not much more to explain than that. Japanese lady in barely anything at all walking up to imprisoned guys, having sex with them and drinking their sperm.
Selling Point/Female Vampire Factor: So the JAV (Japanese Adult Video) Idol in this film is

As you can see you get your standard JAV vampire gimmick with the Dracula cape. With the exception of one other scene this is pretty much the most clothes you see on her while she's in Vampire Mode with the other also being a pretty sexy dress.
Most important of all the outfit on the first cover is in the film but let's face it, the whole "Dracula cape with barely there lingerie" look is common place in vampire JAV.
