The Gist: A country getaway/ bachelerette party is interrupted by a mysterious gentlemen who claims to be a traveler broken down on the road but who's really a vampire looking for new recruits
Clarification: So those familiar with your late night pay TV film watching should be familiar with the Emmanuelle film franchise. Basically a french film about a woman having lots and lots of sex. Starting in the late 1970's as the years have gone by Emmanuelle has pretty much had sex everywhere including in Space and going through time. Basically she gets around more than Carmen Sandiego. She also somehow stopped being french a long time ago as well.
Selling Point: This is the only Emmanuelle film that has female vampires even though it is not the only Emmanuelle vampire film. 2011's "Emmanuelle Through Time: Emmanuelle's Sexy Bite" is a corny Vampire Diaries/Twilight parody with Emmanuelle playing the Elena/Bella part hence no female fangs.
Female Vampire Factor: So basically this film comes off as an odd vampire episode of Sex in the City as the women do kind of resemble the girls of that show. You do have one main female vamp as one of the girls of the group "Lucy" (Molinee Green) is the first turned and pretty much is responsible for turning everyone else (below)
If there's any downfall in this film it's that when the women become vampires they look like extra's from a Whitesnake video.
This film is a far cry from the sensual films that made up the franchise in the 80's and 90's and comes off extremely cheesy
